With Lockdown measures gradually reducing, the road back to “normality” has well and truly begun for Meldrum Joinery & Building.
We sincerely hope all our customers, suppliers and subcontractors have remained safe throughout these testing times, and we look forward to welcoming you through our doors once again in the not too distant future.
Meldrum Joinery & Building have remained open throughout Lockdown, continuing our 24/7 emergency call-out service, commercial contracts and manufacturing and installing Bespoke Protective Screens throughout Tayside – playing our small part in reducing the future spread of the virus and helping local businesses to reopen safely – as a local, family business, this is something of which we are very proud.
We have used this period productively, introducing new processes, making improvements to our internal structure with new promotions from our team and excitingly adding new products to our already extensive product range.
We have installed hand-sanitising stations to the back of all our vehicles allowing our teams to fully sanitise their hands before and after working in properties. Furthermore, our teams will continue to wear full PPE.
We aim to be fully back to normal by the 31st July, all going to plan…
Derek Petterson, CEO commented, “I am very proud of our team for their support and positivity throughout these uncertain times. We have begun the process of taking the remaining members of our team from Furlough, allowing us to fully prepare for resuming full business operations.”
The Meldrum team are all excited and raring to get back to doing what we do best and what we have proudly been doing since 1951.
