New Contract Manager Appointed

Meldrum Joinery & Building are delighted to announce the appointment of Terry Williams as our new Building Division Contract Manager.

Terry has been promoted from his current role as a Builder Foreman to Contract Manager after the role became vacant.

Terry has over 40 years of experience in the building trade and has worked at Meldrum for 21 years, so he was the perfect person for this role.

Instead of being hands-on, Terry will mainly be office-based, managing our building project teams, liaising with clients and estimating new projects.

We’re sure that from time to time, Terry will still get involved in projects “on the tools

Terry will work directly alongside our other two Contract Managers, Douglas & Scott.

Terry commented on his new role, “I am excited to take on this new position and look forward to the challenges ahead. It will be a complete change from working on-site physically building the projects to instead overseeing the management, logistics and admin side of the projects”.
