Perth and Kinross Council Housing Department tasked Meldrum with an extension to an existing property in Kinross.
The project commenced at the beginning of 2020 and is set to be completed by the end of April.
Along with a new, two-storey extension, the project also consists of a refurbishment of the existing property, with alterations being made to the layout of the property.
Recently, our team have been working hard, erecting the timber kit and the roof trusses of the new extension.
Once this has been completed, the next objective will be making the extension windproof and watertight. This will involve slating the roof and our Sister company, McLeod Glaziers fitting the windows and doors.
Once completed our trusted electricians and plumbing subcontractors will complete a first fit before we coordinate the internal decoration and finishing touches of the extension.
