Our team have almost completed an exciting house extension project in Wormit, Fife that boasts an impressive bedroom view.
This project initially consisted of demolishing an existing extension, that our client felt was too small and out-dated.
In its place, we were tasked with erecting a modern, two-storey extension, with an emphasis on making the most of the properties view – overlooking the River Tay.
As always, Meldrum fully project managed the entire works, liaising with our trusted subcontractors to deliver a high-quality project, on time and to budget.
To maximise the view from the second storey of the extension, our Sister company, McLeod Glaziers installed a large sliding patio door, with an adjoining Juliet Balcony, allowing for panoramic views of the River Tay.
Other aspects of this project included installing a custom timber staircase and fitting a new modern bathroom and open plan kitchen area.
The project is set to be completed within the next few weeks, with only the groundworks around the property left to be completed.
