We have recently started a new project in north Perthshire which involves the full renovation of and extension to Poloskie Cottage, Straloch. The cottage is adjacent to the former Straloch Primary School which we recently completed a major renovation project for the same client, Straloch Highland Retreats. The fully renovated cottage will provide a two-bedroom property for rental. We are delighted to be involved in this project and look forward to bringing this property back to life and be a great further addition to our client’s portfolio. Further updates to follow as we progress the project due for completion in Spring 2026.
